Cancellation Policy
At Jazz & Glo, your time and comfort are a priority. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee; no-shows will be charged 80%. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward these fees. For mobile services, the location must be accessible and ready at the scheduled time—otherwise, it’s treated as a no-show. This policy ensures a smooth, luxurious experience for all.
